Ongelooflijk mooie, zeer vroege Triumph TR4 uit 1961. Deze Signal Red TR is onlangs body off gerestaureerd, ongeveer 8 jaar geleden was de TR klaar. Het chassis en de ophanging zijn eerst gedaan, ondertussen is de motor volledig gereviseerd. Daarna is de hele carrosserie onder handen genomen. De auto heeft superstrak plaatwerk met prachtige glanzende lak. De auto is volledig gedaan door een Nederlandse klassiekerliefhebber, hij heeft alles als fabrieksorigineel gemaakt. De man heeft uitstekend werk geleverd, het chassis is volledig gereviseerd en het plaatwerk is ongelooflijk strak en prachtig en professioneel gespoten. Het chroomwerk rondom de auto is nog steeds als nieuw. Onder de motorkap is het net als de buitenkant, het ziet eruit als nieuw, ongelooflijk. De motor en versnellingsbak zijn volledig gereviseerd en zijn in onberispelijke staat. De carburateurs zijn de betrouwbare HS-versie van SU. Het aluminium kleppendeksel maakt het sportiever en sluit beter dan het origineel. Het interieur is allemaal uitgevoerd in het zwart met witte biezen. Er is een nieuwe zwarte tapijtset gemonteerd en het dashboard is wit gespoten, zoals standaard op vroege auto's. Het dashboard is vernieuwd en de meters zijn gereviseerd en werken perfect. Een iconisch kenmerk van deze auto zijn de ongelooflijk zeldzame Silverstone Magnesium-wielen van American Racing Equipment (ARE). Deze wielen werden begin jaren 60 gebruikt op competitie- en raceauto's. Later waren ze beschikbaar als een dure optie op fabrieksmatig gebouwde TR4-5 en 6's. Ze werden maar een paar jaar gemaakt, tegenwoordig zijn ze extreem zeldzaam. Het stuurwiel is een lederen Moto Lita MKIII-stuurwiel, een bekend merk onder liefhebbers van klassieke auto's en een perfecte match met een uitstekende grip. De softtop is gloednieuw en gemaakt van zwart vinyl. Er is een nieuwe zwarte vinyl tonneacover beschikbaar om de cockpit af te sluiten. Natuurlijk rijd je het liefst met het dak open, maar zelfs met het dak dicht is de TR4 prachtig. De auto wordt geleverd met een complete map met facturen en foto's van de restauratie. Eventuele exportpapieren zijn altijd inbegrepen in onze prijs. Wij kunnen het transport voor u regelen voor een eerlijke prijs.

The car was completely done by a Dutch classic car lover, he made all as factory original. The man did an excellent job, The chassis is fully rebuild and the panelwork is incredibel thight and beatifully and proffesional painted. The chrome work all around the car is stil like new. Under the bonnet it is just like the outside looks, it looks like new, unbelievable. The engine and gearbox were completely overhauled and are in immaculate condition. The carburettors are the reliable HS version of SU. The alloy valve cover makes it more sporty and closes better than the original. The interior is all equipped in black with white piping. A new black carpet set is fitted and the dashboard is painted in white, like standard on early cars. The dash top is renewed and gauges are rebuild and work perfectly. An iconic feature on this car are the incredible rare Silverstone Magnesium wheels made by American Racing Equipment (ARE). These wheels were used on competition and race cars in the early 60’s. Later they were available as an expensive option on factory build TR4-5 and 6’s. They made them only a few years, these days they are extremely rare. The steering wheel is a leather Moto Lita MKIII steering wheel, a well-known brand among classic car enthusiasts and a perfect match with superb grip. The soft top is brand new and made of black vinyl. A new black vinyl tonneacover is availabe to close the cockpit. Naturally you prefer to drive with the roof open, but even with the roof closed the TR4 is beautiful. The car comes with a complete folder with invoices and pictures of the restauration.
