Honda CRX del Sol B16 160cv.
One of the cheapest ones for a reason. Before going into de parts list, I'll tell you the bad things so you don't continue reading if you are not interested:
- The engine is devilering 146hp. With the actual compression (11 bar for each cilinder) it should be around 165-170 hp, but we haven't opened the engine yet.
- A/C is not charged (but yeah, it has original A/C).
- The original electric roof has been deleted to reduce weight. I have two roofs, one from a normal car and the electric original one but I don't have the electric mechanism to operate the automatic roof.
- The gearbox leaks a little bit of oil.
It has Spanish TUV (ITV) until next year.
I'm the fifth or sixth owner.
It has:
- Reinforced valve springs.
- Reinforced Gates timing belt.
- TM Racing programmable ECU.
- Reinforced oil pan gasket
- LSD
- K-Sport coilovers with camber adjustment.
- Front Big-brake kit
- Exhaust headers
- Full exhaust system with cat
- Aftermarket 17” wheels
- Real carbon fiber bonnet
- Front lip
- 4 new axle boots
- Ravenol engine oil
- Original Honda gearbox oil
- A lot more things I'm leaving for sure...
The car was 7 years stored without being driven, just started from time to time. I started to work on it last year but, after doing all that and more thing to the engine and getting a custom tune, it did not pass the 160 hp mark.
I don't want to continue with the project nor investing more money on it, so that's why I'm selling it.
I have WhatsApp, I speak Spanish and English.
